Everyone is familiar with Earth; messed up, polluted, politically inept. For all it's flaws, it was still home. Though not everyone believed in it, the land of mortals had always been looked after by Heaven. The angels constant guardians, vigilant and devoted to duty. Of course, if Heaven exists...so does Hell. In spite of the glorification of it, Heaven was just as flawed as Earth. Infighting and political battles led to a slip in the protective wards that isolated Hell. Now, the demonic inhabitants of the lower planes have broken free and are flooding the mortal and ethereal planes. Heaven as fallen, Hell has risen...and Earth has been left to burn.
