Born in the spring time as the first and only child of the Maddox's. Growing up with well off family even though they were poor...but never on the verge of starving. It has taught her to be grateful for what you have and to not be wasteful. Any gifts she had received growing up she has used over and over again never getting bored. Books were her friend when she was and wasn't at school. Trul always strived to learn thinking that possibly it would get her somewhere better then just above poverty. Being a only child and little friends has also given the gal a habit of talking to herself. Mostly its just things to calm herself down before she gets the idea to stand up for someone. Even if she isn't that strong she can use her wit to make you feel dumb. Trulee's feelings towards the games are like the rest of her family, that their evil. Sending innocent children into the games and letting one come out a murderer? It makes no sense. Other then that she has been pretty much a semi loner...meeting a few people whenever her father or mother needed something from the field.
