Luke ran till he couldn't anymore, finally sitting near a wall in the warehouse, his machete placed close so he could grab it. He took his bag off, finally deciding to check and see what he had. All he could do now was lie low and wait for Iris. He hoped she'd made it out in time, because if he didn't survive this, damn sure she was going to. Luke leaned his head back. He was tired, but sleep was not on his mind. Not when people were still running from the cornucopia.

Luke heard a very faint whirring noise and looked in that direction. Had to be a camera zooming in on him, he'd know that sound anywhere. He looked at the camera, knowing he was being focused on, so he busied himself with opening his bag and waiting for Iris.

BACKPACK
Inside the Backpack are the following items:

1. Black Rope (30 inches)
2. Flint & Steel (makes fire)
3. Water Bottle (empty)

However, because you have the backpack, you can carry up to 10 items in it!

Zander was alone in this death games. He had ran until he figured he was far enough to be safe even though he knew he was never safe. His nerves was high as he felt like somebody could be just around the corner. The tips given echoed through his head like a broken recorder. Don't trust anybody as far as he could throw them. As he walked with his raised throwing dagger from the set he had ready to aim it at the first person he saw. Zander felt bad about the idea of killing but he had too. His brown eyes noticed the lad looking at his bag and he took this advantage and aimed for the boys neck and throwing the dagger.

Luke found a few useful items. They would all come in handy, so he packed them back up and closed his bag. He heard footsteps, grabbed his machete and turned around just as the other boy threw his knife. The knife hit his cheek out of nowhere and flew past. He grabbed his face where he had just been cut, getting a look at his attacker. Oh, hell no.

Luke stood, hand still holding his face, which was bleeding, but not that badly. It hurt like hell, but he didn't feel like it was that bad. Luke held his weapon up and left his hiding spot, advancing towards the other boy. "Well? Gonna do anything other than throw knives at me?" Luke wanted to see what this kid would do, if he would actually attack with a knife instead of throw it. Fuck waiting, actually... Luke held his machete in both hands and swung it, aiming for Eight's shoulder.

Zander quickly grabbed another dagger out of the set when the other boy got up. It took him a moment to really let it set in his mind that he caused the blood. A sudden pinch of guilt for act was in him. He hadn't ever hurt anyone in his life and now he did. The tribute tried to remind himself that it was needed that he kills to win. All of the games was not needed. No one needed to die...but the capitol had another idea. The boy felt the cut to his shoulder and knew it was bleed. Not too badly but it hurt enough for him to grit his teeth before aiming to stab the dagger into Luka's stomach. "I'm Sorry."

Luke gasped as he felt the knife go into his stomach, not really feeling much pain, just the shock of the metal being forced in and cutting through his jacket and shirt. It wasn't until he stumbled back and the machete dropped from his hand that he realized this was a fatal blow. He faintly heard Eight apologize, but he wasn't able to apologize back.

Luke had always figured he'd die in these games. He knew it from the moment his name was called. That whole thing about one's life flashing before their eyes didn't actually happen; all he saw was white as he fell backwards. He was able to say one thing to the boy who killed him. "Take the backpack and my weapon... Get yourself out of here..." Luke lay his head back and closed his eyes.

PURIFICATION

Tears formed in his eyes as he saw how fatal the stabbing was. Guilt came over him like when he was with Demos as he heard the swoosh sound like was in a factory in a field trip again. A kid had pointed out a camera and the noise it made and now he heard it. The tribute assumed the capitol would want a goo look at the killer as he cried and wished it never happened. Zander listened to Lukas after he took his weapon and backpack after getting a drink using the straw given by Fabian. The boy was grateful for the straw as he could now drink safely. The tribute could really trust Fabian to watch over him. Once he was filled he looked in the bag at the contents with sad eyes. Zander was happy to see the water bottle that he went and filled up and put it back into the backpack. The boy then leaned against the wall with a throwing dagger in one hand and the Machete in the other.

Everyone is experiencing post-flood symptoms, gagging water, very wet, mud, etc. Also everyone has lost 15 HP.
